From the Rose Cabin you will enjoy spectacular views such
as the one shown above seen from nearly every window and
deck … a visual banquet of the serene lake, ancient
forests, majestic mountains, and eagles soaring through
the deep blue sky. Nestled in a protective cove, the cabin
is located on the east side of Priest Lake close to Huckleberry
Bay, just south of the Twin Island.
Built four years ago, the house in overview
is 3 stories of 1000 sq’ per floor (3000 sq’
total) with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, one on each floor
(one with a tub). One of the bedrooms has 2 queen beds,
the master (top floor) and the main floor bedrooms have
single queen beds, and the lower bedroom has 2 twin beds
to accommodate children. It is fully winterized which
means insulated from heat as well as cold.
The Rose Cabin offers you the experience
of therapeutic tranquility of wilderness living with every
possible luxury… from the large Sony TV with dvd/vcr
to the gas-fueled fireplace (no wood to lug around). The
list of amenities is endless; from the fully outfitted
kitchen complete with Viking oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher,
ice maker and almost every possible kitchen gadget, to
the propane barbeque on the deck, to laundry facilities.
There is even a generator that will automatically come
on should there ever be a power failure. And, unlike the
majority of homes, water comes from a well, not the lake.
Rose Cabin also has Internet access.
The private property includes a sandy beach
and a 10’ wide x 40’ long dock with a 27’
approach. The boat and shore station are not included
in the rental.
The Rose Cabin is available for week and
month long rental. The cost is $3750 per week June through
August plus a $50 cleaning inspection fee.
Occupancy is limited to 8 people. And as with all our
cabins, there is a no pet and no smoking policy.
